erusalem's highly educated and young population includes tens of thousands of residents with mother-tongue fluency in a variety of languages and very strong cultural affinities with many countries worlwide. English, French, Arabic, Russian and Spanish are but some of the examples. The city also boasts a wealth of business skills including accountancy, law and others, strong government support for expanding the outsourcing industry and an advanced telecommunications and IT infrastructure.

As such Jerusalem has great potential for attracting companies and outsourcing contractors to set up their call centers and business process outsourcing facilities in the city. To date, Jerusalem's advantages are not well known world-wide. SUJ works closely with the local outsourcing cluster to promote the city as a worldwide center for outsourcing and business services.
